When purchasing from Shape Muse your product will be packed and shipped within 24-hours. As our warehouses are located around the world, it can take between 4 – 10 business days before your order arrives at your home. The good news is that most of our parcels will fit through your mailbox so you don’t have to be home when your order is delivered.

All shipping worldwide above 39.95 Euro is free of charge. Below 39.95 Euro the shipping cost is: 4.99 Euro

TRACKING INFORMATION

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email that contains your personal tracking number, the number will look like this: CAINIAO_STANDARD Tracking #: [NUMBER]. You can track this number on the website: https://global.cainiao.com/.

RETURN

When you order with Shape Muse we hope that you are in love with the product. However, if you are dissatisfied with any item, it may be returned unused with the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Return Policy:

Requests for a return need to be send to support@shape-muse.com within 14 days after receiving your order. Please include the order- or invoice number and item name(s) in your email.
Returns need to be shipped within 14 days after you have received your return confirmation from Shape Muse.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items:
- When the item has been worn or washed
- Where the original packaging is missing.
Pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges.
After receiving your returned goods we will inspect them and process your refund if everything is correct. If the return is approved your money will be refunded on the original payment method within 5 – 10 business days depending on the payment method used.
