What size should I order?

It depends on how tight you would like your shapewear to be, our advice is always to order 1 size smaller than your actual size. So if you usually order a size M then order a size S from Shape Muse. 

 

What are the costs for shipping?

For all orders above 39.95 Euro the shipping is for free, if you order below this amount the shipping costs are 4.99 Euro. They are the same for every country in the world.

 

How long does shipping take?

As our warehouses are located around the world, it can take between 4 – 10 business days before your order arrives at your home. The good news is that most of our parcels will fit through your mailbox so you don’t have to be home when your order is delivered. 

 

How can I track my order?

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email that contains your personal tracking number, the number will look like this: CAINIAO_STANDARD Tracking #: [NUMBER]. You can track this number, only enter the number, on the website: https://global.cainiao.com/.
